Liberty Yoga

Liberty Yoga is an absolute gem! The studio is a warm and welcoming place. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful and fun. (And so are the other participants.) There is enough variety in the types of classes offered and in the instruction styles that everyone can find a class that is just right for them. It is an overall wonderful experience to practice there. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences at Liberty!

Great instructors! There are a variety of classes available at different times of day. As a senior, I have found the therapeutic yoga to be especially beneficial since the instructors are so helpful in finding ways to use props and modify the poses to accommodate physical limitations. The monthly rate allows a person to afford attending several classes a week. The studio is comfortable and both the staff and participants are pleasant and friendly.

Liberty yoga is more than just a yoga studio for me. It’s a safe haven, a place where I know I won’t be judged when I come in with all of my flaws and insecurities. Christine and Prithe inspire me and make me so excited for the next session. The only regret is that I wish I signed up sooner!

Love, Love, Love this yoga studio!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and they are there for each and every client! They understand we are not all on the same level and always give alternative moves for clients. There are many classes to choose from, so you can pick what suits your needs! It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere! I highly recommend this studio, you won’t be sorry!!

Today was my first class, not only was the Instructor Amazing. The clients were as well, I felt stretched, relaxed, & more importantly centered. An Awesome way to start my day. Can't wait for my next class. Thank you Liberty Yoga! 👍 Update: I had a class w/Charlie.. I was already sore from my 1st class (a great feeling) an let me tell you! He worked me so hard, I'm new to yoga & I'm so happy that I chose Liberty Yoga.. This place is Awesome!!!
